Saint-venant end effect for anti-plane deformations of piezoelectric-piezomagnetic sandwich structures |
|
|
Abstract The decay rates of the Saint-Venant end effects of the Sandwich structures composed of the piezoelectric or piezomagnetic material are studied. The main aim is to discover the effect of the boundary conditions and material properties on the decay character. The results show that the piezoelectric and peozomagnetic properties and boundary conditions have obvious effects on the decay rates of the end effects.
